FABRICE DODANE - VDF RED "TOUT FACILE" 2021
Very light fire red, on the nose a cocktail of raspberries, red currants and wild strawberries, nuances of blackberry leaves and pine cones, literally smells of acidity and minerality. On the palate an airy texture, wiry body supported by a strong acidity, harmoniously supported by tannin, red berries again, subtle flint, the extremely juicy drinking flow ensures great potential for fun. Syrah, Grenache, Trousseau, Chardonnay.
DOMAINE L'AUSTRAL - SAUMUR BLANC "AMANDIERS" 2020
A superb tense and slender Chenin, with lemony, floral aromas and crazy energy. Both fine and very strong, it is one of those chenins carried by a beautiful salivating acidity which gives them a very long finish. A gastronomic wine capable of withstanding long years of cellaring. 100% Chenin Blanc.

A delicate and aromatic Saint-Peray with notes of apples, flowers and some toasted bread. Medium body with fresh acidity. Mellow and well-rounded with a fresh finish. Drink now. 91 points, James Suckling. 70% Marsanne, 30% Roussanne.
DOMAINE DE BEL-AIR - MORGON "LES CHARMES" 2021
The effusive nose of ripe blackcurrants lead you into this elegant and understated Morgon, which has well-crafted fine tannins that very neatly fill out the medium-bodied palate. Long, plush finish with animating acidity and some stony minerality. Drink or hold 92pts - James Suckling. 100% Gamay.

This Crémant has a floral, fine and elegant nose, with a delicate and fresh attack on the palate. Can age for 3 to 6 years but good to drink now. 100% Chardonnay.

Ruby colour, brilliant. Spicy, fresh, toasted, blackcurrant nose. Straight on the palate, fresh, spicy, notes of nutmeg, hazelnut, fresh red fruits. The terroir is still marked by the ample, clean and spicy mouthfeel. Cellaring time: 8-10 years. 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Fruity on the nose. Quince aromas shine through, combined with lychee and green apple notes plus a touch of beeswax. Fruity and juicy on the palate with a good structure of acidity and a rounded style. This wine offers up crystallised citrus and green apple notes, with some lighter exotic fruit touches and a hint of orange. 89% Semillon, 10% Sauvignon Blanc, 1% Muscadelle.
