Wine Subscription:

Do I need to pay manually every time I receive my wine?

No. When you subscribe you authorise Clos Cachet to take automatic payment at the elected frequency of your wine subscription. The secure payment is via Eway, our payment gateway.

How do I know when the payments are taken?

Your automatic payment will begin as soon as you sign up. It will then be taken depending on the frequency of your choice. When a payment is taken from your credit card, you’ll directly receive a receipt via email.

Can I adjust my wine selection once subscribed?

You may adjust your wine selection at any time by contacting us at enquiries@closcachet.com.au. Please let us know if you would like a specific wine, varietal or region, if this has not already been stated upon signing up.

Can I increase or decrease the amount paid and the frequency of my wine subscription?

Yes, of course. You are in control of your wine subscription. If you would like to adjust the amount or the frequency simply email us at enquiries@closcachet.com.au.

How do I unsubscribe from my wine subscription?

If you would like to unsubscribe, email us with the subject ‘Unsubscribe’ at enquiries@closcachet.com.au and we will end your subscription.

How do you make my wine selection?

Based on your elected taste preferences upon subscribing, Alexandre Rougeot, Director and Founder of Clos Cachet, will select wines best suited to your palate. Every wine he presents, he hand selects directly from the Domaines in France. You can be confident you’ll receive an exceptional product.

What if I’m not a big fan of a particular wine?

If one of the wines you receive does not suit your palate, please send us your feedback and we’ll refine your taste profile to make sure you don’t receive that style of wine again.

Shipping and Delivery:

Do I pay for shipping and delivery and how long will my wine take to be delivered?

Your wine has the same delivery fees and delivery timing as stated in our shipping and delivery section here.

Do I need to be 18 years old to order?

Yes. You will also need to have a proof of age upon delivery. Clos Cachet takes the responsible service of alcohol very seriously.
