Champagne Girard-Bonnet - Receuil Extrait 3 Rose NV

This Recueil is the Rose iteration of the estate.

Paul Girard embodies both of his parents’ ancestry and brings new life to Chardonnay through a stunning selection of Côte des Blanc Champagnes. Merging the Girard & Bonnet Estates in Mesnil sur Oger he works towards creating a grower-maker brand in honour of his origins.

This comes from Massal Selection planted in 1969 in Morangis, coteaux sud d’Epernay.

The Recueil range gathers all the reflections of the Girard-Bonnet domain. Each vintage is unique and crafted only once. For Extrait N°3, marking the release of the first rosé we sought to combine the best aspects of different rosé techniques: the fruitiness of a maceration rosé with the balance and consistency of a blended rosé. The result is a perfectly balanced rosé Champagne, ideal as an aperitif.
