Paul Girard embodies both of his parents’ ancestry and brings new life to Chardonnay through a stunning selection of Côte des Blanc Champagnes. Merging the Girard & Bonnet Estates in Mesnil sur Oger he works towards creating a grower-maker brand in honour of his origins.

Bursting with aromas of Tahitian vanilla, citrus oil, almond paste and toasted bread, it is medium- to full-bodied, textural and vinous, with broad shoulders and a rich core of fruit, underpinned by succulent acidity and concluding in a long, vanillin-inflected finish.
