Vignobles Berthier - VDF Instant Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Pale gold coloured, this white sauvignon has typical aromas of white flowers, citrus and exotic fruits. It’s a fresh and fruity wine with floral aromas, and notes of white fruits such as quince and pear. The wine is gentle and supple on entry to the palate and is followed by a refreshing acidity which provides good balance to the overall softness of the wine.

Domaine Régis Minet - Pouilly-Fume "Vieilles Vignes" 2023

This wine is showing spectacular fresh flavours of apple, blackcurrant bud, kiwi and subtle wet stone. On the palate the aromatic explodes with numerous layers of fruits driven by a mouth-watering acidity. It is perfect to drink now.

Domaine Tabordet - Pouilly-Fume "Petites Aubues" 2022

Under its pale gold colour, it reveals the richness of the aromas characteristic of its appellation. The fruitiness of citrus and white fruits combines the vegetal scents of ferns and the typical minerality of flint. This inimitable “flint” aroma on the palate in a fresh and lively attack. Chateau Grand Village White 2023

Compared to the 2022, the 2023 Grand Village Blanc is more fruity and dense, evoking aromas of lemon oil, verbena, kumquat and confit citrus. Broad but tensile, it’s medium-bodied with a fleshy core of fruit and a delicately phenolic frame that segues into a chalky, saline and bright finish. This blend of 80% Sauvignon and 20% Sémillon is simply stunning. 91-93 points, Yohan Castaing, Wine Advocate.

Domaine Tabordet - Pouilly-Fume "Calcis" 2021

A barrel-fermented Pouilly-Fumé with good fruit concentration, characteristic flinty notes and a subtle touch of vanilla. The textured palate is beautifully balanced and has a lovely mineral freshness on the long, persistent finish.

Domaine Du Bouchot - Pouilly-Fume "MCMLV" 2020

This wine shows lots of thiol-related flavors: tropical fruit, gooseberry as well as a hint of green. It is wine with lots of texture, a sense of roundness and completeness with a sense of satisfying grip that clasps the palate on the finish.
