Champagne Freres Mignon - L'Aventure Extra Brut NV

Derived from Cramant, Avize and Cuis, the NV Extra-Brut Blanc de Bancs l'Aventure was disgorged in July 2020 with 1.6 grams per litre dosage. Offering up aromas of white flowers, citrus zest and green apple, it's medium to full-bodied, pillowy and precise, with racy acids and a tangy, mouth-watering finish. Based on the 2017 vintage with 40% reserve wines, it didn't see malolactic fermentation. Drink 2021-2030. William Kelley - Wine Advocate. 100% Chardonnay

The hue is pale pink, with a nose marked by white-fleshed fruits. On the palate, we clearly find fruits which reveals a nice balance playing on a greedy roundness and a nice freshness. Domaine de Bel-Air - Beaujolais Blanc 2023

With its ripe pear and white flower character, this stands out in the field of white Beaujolais, showcasing a warmer side of the chardonnay grape to the norm. Very good balance of creaminess and fine tannin on the palate. No so long, but smooth at the finish. Drink now 90pts - James Suckling. 100% Chardonnay.

Bernard Gripa - Saint-Joseph White 2021 

An expressive nose of flowers, beeswax, almonds, milk caramel and anise. It’s medium-bodied with bright acidity. Great volume and poise on the palate with an array of juicy fruit coating the mouth, and a vibrant, zesty finish. Drink or hold. 93 points, James Suckling. 70% Marsanne, 30% Roussanne.

Domaine Sparr - Riesling "Sentiment" 2021

Full of very ripe citrus (including pomelo and bergamot) and pineapple. This is a generous and beautifully proportioned Alsace dry riesling with a wonderful balance of depth and freshness. The Petit Chablis offers a delicately zesty nose of white flowers, with a soft touch of peach skin. Vibrant, with a well-shaped structure, it reveals a fleshy and smooth mouth with an elegant hint of salinity. 100% Chardonnay 

Domaine Tabordet - Pouilly-Fume "Champs de Chaumes" 2021

It has a beautiful golden yellow color. On the nose, we discover an intense aromatic bouquet brought by the Sauvignon. Citrus and white fruit notes mingle. On the palate the wine is well balanced, with aromas of citrus, apricot and peach. 100% Sauvignon Blanc

A bouquet of red fruit comes out in an open and immediate nose. Domaine des Ardoisieres - Argile Red 2022

The bouquet has an exotic complexity, leaping out of the glass with violets, spicy red fruits, pomegranates and rich iron minerals. The inclusion of Mondeuse brings more depth and complexity, with added spiciness, and more structure to the palate. This offers an exciting aromatic range – violet, pomegranate, spicy red fruits and a very irony, stony mineral flecked palate. 65% Gamay, 25% Mondeuse, 10% Persan.
