Since 2021, Henri Chauvet has been the custodian of 10.5 hectares of diverse vineyards in Boudes, Auvergne. Henri has pursued his new calling with unwavering dedication, determined to reveal the remarkable terroirs of the region. Guided by his deep respect for place, he crafts wines that faithfully reflect the hillsides surrounding his home. 

Pure Gamay from Auvergne, vibrant with crisp red fruit and a saline minerality typical of volcanic terroirs. Unfiltered and with no additives, it offers fine bubbles and immediate freshness, perfect for a delightful aperitif. It's an authentic, joyful, and spontaneous thirst-quencher.
