Since 2021, Henri Chauvet has been the custodian of 10.5 hectares of diverse vineyards in Boudes, Auvergne. Henri has pursued his new calling with unwavering dedication, determined to reveal the remarkable terroirs of the region. Guided by his deep respect for place, he crafts wines that faithfully reflect the hillsides surrounding his home.  From organic old vines, planted on a small 20-acre plot with a very steep slope, on predominantly basaltic soils.

Dry and crystalline pale gold in the glass with expressive aromas of yellow and orange citrus peel, leading to a palate carried by vibrant acidity and rich, mineral-tinged fruit and a striking finish.

100% Chardonnay. Domaine fruit from Boudes.
