Amandiers is a 60 year old parcel on the tuffeau, it always has such a beautiful salinity that's very particular to this parcel. Pretty notes on the nose of white fruits, pear, fresh apple, sweet spices, an evocation of crumble.Energetic and tense on the palate which demonstrates a nice material comfort. 100% Chenin Blanc
Domaine de Bel Air - Fleurie "Granits Roses" 2022
Some sweet blueberries and raspberries with a floral edge. Fresh and juicy palate with assertive tannins that add some tightness and power to the ripe but juicy blueberries. Ripe plums in the finish. Drink now. 91 points, James Suckling. 100% Gamay
Champagne Freres Mignon - L'Aventure Extra Brut NV
On the nose it is elegant with notes of flowers and pastries. On the palate it is mineral and fresh, with body and a toasted background. At first it is acidic, with hints of green apple drifting into almonds. Complex and very fine. Spicy finish. Fine and persistent bubbles. In its freshness, The Champagne L'Aventure fully transmits its territory and its grapes: ripe white and yellow fruit, citrus, candied fruit. In the mouth the bubbles are creamy, with a well present minerality and a finish of intense pleasure. Drink now or cellar for 5-10 years. 100% Chardonnay.

Domaine Gavoty - Rose Grand Classique 2022
The aromas are floral and contain restrained notes of strawberries and rose flower. The colour is a beautiful light salmon. You can pair it with spicy food, Provençal flavours (olive oil, lemon, garlic, tomatoes etc) and mixed salads. It is a great companion for Asian dishes. Drink now. 85 % Cinsault, 15% Grenache.

Domaine Tabordet - Pouilly-Fume "Champs de Chaumes" 2021
This dry white wine gives pride of place to Sauvignon. It has a beautiful golden yellow colour. On the nose, we discover an intense aromatic bouquet brought by the Sauvignon. Citrus and white fruit notes mingle. On the palate the wine is well balanced, with aromas of citrus, apricot and peach.
