Domaine de Cassiopée - Hautes-Cotes de Beaune Rouge "Cotés" 2023

The Rouge Les Côtes 2022 is a wine with a strong mineral expression.

Brand new estate in the heart of Sampigny-les-Maranges in 2020, Domaine de Cassiopée is run by Talloulah and Hugo Mathurin who are working hard to make a mark on this under the radar appellation. Domaine de Cassiopée sits on the eastern end within close proximity to the premier cru vineyards. These grapes have two thirds from a four-year-old planting on limestone rock, the rest from vines on granitic rock. These vines sit on a cold hill with ample exposure.

An aromatic that seems to melt in your nose! Mouth-filling, Very modestly tannic, but with alive and bright flavours. Its a delicious wine. Bill Nanson, Burgundy Report.100% Pinot Noir.
