The Extra Brut Les Parcelles is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay picked in Bouzy and barrel-fermented. A touch of smoky plum hits the nose first. This fruit is far more expressive on the palate, presenting crunchy blue plum flavours dispersed by frothy yet gentle mousse. Juicy and velvety hermitage cuvée. Rambling scents of dark, brambly berries, aniseed, garrigue and bouquet garni. Lovely, warm kitchen compote cooking scents. Dark berry flavours, authority of sinewy, fresh tannins apparent, succulent, long and fine finish. Feels fancy but unadorned where fruit does the work over winemaking. Marli Russell - Rose 2023 (By Mount Mary)

Delicate and aromatic, this wine expresses flavour characteristics of crunchy white peach, pomegranate and orchard blossom. Inspired by the pale, savoury rosé style of Bandol, this wine is crisp and dry, with zippy acidity to keep it fine and focussed on the finish.
