IMPORTER OF THE FINEST FRENCH WINES - ARTISAN & FAMILY OWNED PRODUCERS

La Grande Récolte 2012 by Pierre Paillard

La Grande Récolte 2012 by Pierre Paillard

How to make your celebration even more special? A bottle of La Grande Récolte 2012 is the perfect addition to every occasion. With it's majestic grandeur allowing it to stand alone as an aperitif I highly recommend saving this bottle for a very special toast, maybe a proposal? An anniversary? Or a heartfelt thank you?

This is a wine that I find truly represents the Paillard brother's skills to their full potential. With eight generations and 200 years of winemaking to back up their abilities, Antoine and Quentin Paillard have worked extremely hard to define their own unique spirit within the wines and the result? Impeccable quality that continues to sore above any Bouzy Champagne on the market.

If you are yet to experience a premium Champagne or never had the chance to purchase an older vintage, this is your chance. The best bubbles form over time, allowing the full terroir to appear. Allowing 3 to 10 years of ageing brings out the best of every great terroir, sublimating the wine, both protecting and releasing it when opened. The Paillard brothers are serious winemakers and if you are looking for a seriously great Champagne then please enjoy a bottle of La Grande Récolte 2012. The rest of their range is also available for purchase below if wishing to build a collection.

La Grande Récolte 2012

La Grande Récolte 2012 is the most perfect illustration of Maison Pierre Paillard. A blend of old vine Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. 2012 was a great vintage which shows both complexity and definition. Harvest began on September 21st then the wine was aged on lees for ten years before disgorgement with just 1g/l of dosage.

"La Grande Récolte 2012 offers the concentrated intensity of this great vintage yet remains graceful." La Revue du Vin de France, 2024
