Domaine Gauby - Coume Gineste Blanc 2022

The Coume Gineste Blanc is very expressive and powerful with floral and mineral notes.

Located in the wine region of Roussillon, Domaine Gauby extends across 85 hectares of land with 45 hectares dedicated to grape vines. Gérard Gauby, along with his wife Ghislaine and their son Lionel, run the estate and has built a strong reputation for exemplary Roussillon wines. Hosting a unique climate and location they have perfected their craft. From 90-year-old vines grown organically and planted on a terroir of schist and limestone.

A very expressive nose with floral and mineral notes, as well as brioche, citrus fruits, liquorice, pear, dried fruits, coconut... Racy and powerful, direct, sharp and very elegant, with lovely bitter notes on the finish. A wine in perfect equilibrium.
