Paul Girard embodies both of his parents’ ancestry and brings new life to Chardonnay through a stunning selection of Côte des Blanc Champagnes. Merging the Girard & Bonnet Estates in Mesnil sur Oger he works towards creating a grower-maker brand in honour of his origins.

From a massale selection of vines planted in 1982 from the plot Les Volibarts. This is a full-bodied, mature Chardonnay that pays homage to the village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Each year Paul makes a unique wine that he is inspired by in that vintage and will only be made once. Each year will be a different wine from different plots, with the 2020 being chosen for its north-facing exposure in a warm vintage. Dosage 1g/l.
