Domaine Hudelot-Noellat - Nuits-St-Georges "Au Bas de Combe" 2023

This “Nuit-St-Georges” is deep, full-bodied and driven by terroir. Domaine Hudelot-Noellat is an iconic producer in the Côte de Nuits. The style of the Domaine is defined by elegance and purity. The vineyard Nuits Saint-Georges “Au Bas de Combe,” hails from the unfrosted, Vosne side of the village just below “Les Boudots" with vines planted 40 years ago.

Ruby to light purple. The bouquet is a very good rendition of Vosne-side Nuits, more stylish red fruit, less dark and plummy. The fruit remains entirely red, alpine strawberry and ripe redcurrants, with life and excitement. Drink from 2029-2035. 90-93 points - Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy.
