JEAN-LUC JAMET - COTE DU RHONE BLANC 'COUZOU' 2018

Still in wood (one-third) and tank (two-thirds) at the time of my visit, the 2018 Cotes du Rhone Blanc is a blend of 60% Marsanne and 20% each Roussanne and Viognier. It's full-bodied and rich, with notes of stone fruit, ripe melon and pineapple, plus hints of white pepper on the finish. Drink it young. 88-90 points - Joe Czerwinski, Wine Advocate. 60% Marsanne, 20% Roussanne, 20% Viognier.

DOMAINE AUSTRAL - SAUMUR BLANC "OCTOPUS" 2022

Very good success for this chenin bursting with purity and great digestibility. A remarkable balance between roundness and straightness induced by a nice final bitterness! 100% Chenin Blanc.

DOMAINE SPARR - RIESLING "SENTIMENT" 2020

Full of very ripe citrus (including pomelo and bergamot) and pineapple. This is a generous and beautifully proportioned Alsace dry riesling with a wonderful balance of depth and freshness. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink or hold. 92 points, James Suckling. 100% Riesling.

DOMAINE TABORDET - POUILLY-FUME "CHAMPS DES CHAUMES" 2021

It has a beautiful golden yellow color. On the nose, we discover an intense aromatic bouquet brought by the Sauvignon. Citrus and white fruit notes mingle. On the palate the wine is well balanced, with aromas of citrus, apricot and peach. 100% Sauvignon Blanc.

ROUGEOT-DUPIN - CHABLIS 2022

Fresh and elegant on the nose with lemony and mineral nuances. Lovely overall harmony with remarkable power and length. An easy-drinking wine that is best enjoyed within 3 to 5 years. 100% Chardonnay.

DOMAINE GAVOTY - BLANC CUVEE CLARENDON 2021

The Rolle retains a beautiful pale colour with a green reflection; the nose of fruits (pear and pineapple) is joined by notes of white flowers and a touch of honey. Its finish is lively and asks to be rounded off on a still timid structure. Prospect of evolution over 10 years. It will take a good two years for it to take on its more mineral and more complex appearance. 100% Rolle.
