• GAVOTY - ROSÉ CUVÉE CIGALE

Domaine Gavoty excels at creating soulful Rosé that is very refreshing. This complex and subtle Rosé is the resultant blend of two grape varieties grown on clay and limestone 

A bright salmon pink colour the bouquet is Fruity and aromatic with lovely lush strawberries, raspberries. The palate is well balanced and quite fruit forward with crunchy acidity and a bone dry finish. I would enjoy this with Mediterranean salads and grilled prawn or lamb skewers, bruschetta, pesto pasta, dip and cheese boards. Drink now. Grenache, Cinsault.

• GAVOTY - ROSÉ GRAND CLASSIQUE 2022

This complex and subtle Rosé is the resultant blend of three grape varieties grown on clay and limestone. The aromas are floral and contain restrained notes of strawberries and rose flower. The colour is a beautiful light salmon. You can pair it with spicy food, Provençal flavours (olive oil, lemon, garlic, tomatoes etc) and mixed salads. It is a great companion for Asian dishes. Drink now. Cinsault 10%, Grenache 75% and Syrah 15%. 

• GAVOTY - ROSÉ CUVÉE CLARENDON 2022
  

​The Cuvée Clarendon is the top cuvée of the Domaine and made with the “saignée” method. Only the must obtained by gravity after maceration (3 to 6 hours) is used and blended with the must coming out from the first gentle press. The name pays tribute to Bernard Gavoty, the Domaine’s founder. The Cuvée Clarendon is a selection from the oldest vines of the Domaine. 

A complex nose of subtle raspberries and citrus fruits will delight you. The palate is powerful, driven and flavourful. It goes very well with poached or grilled fish, mixed salads, seafood, lobster, spicy foods and all the classic flavours of Provence (olive oil, lemon, garlic, tomatoes etc). Drink now. 20% Grenache, 60% Cinsault and 20% Syrah.
