Heavenly Bordeaux Wine Pack

  • Chateau Magnan la Gaffelière - Saint-Emilion Grand Cru 2015

The bouquet blossoms with plush ripe black cherry, plum and cassis, hints of violet, liquorice, mocha and espresso. The palate is fruit-forward with plum, blackberry and subtle notes of cassis, showing well-balanced freshness and tension with fine tannin structure. Drink now or up until 2025. 70% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.

    • Mitjaville - Cote de Bordeaux "Versant" 2019

From a blend of 85% Merlot, 15% Cabernet-franc, Le Versant 2019 impresses with its explosion of fruit as well as its concentration. In an assertive Bordeaux style, the Mitjavile cuvée nevertheless remains very accessible in the mouth. For a 2019 vintage, the wine already presents a very good drinkability, while retaining a good ageing potential. Certainly superb value for money. 85% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc.

      • Chateau Cru Godard - Cotes de Francs 2019

The vineyard is located on the right bank of Bordeaux, south of the famous Saint-Emilion appellation. It is a beautiful wine, structured, and well balanced. Velvety, with red currant and cooked strawberry on the palate. 65% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 5% Malbec.

      • Chateau la Fleur des Graves - Graves de Vayres 2015

Château La Fleur des Graves is rich and complex on the palate, with red fruit aromas, vanilla, and spicy flavors. After a delicate attack, the wine grows in strength, expressing freshness and richness. 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot.

        • Chateau Lestage Darquier - Moulis en Medoc 2019

The nose opens up with hints of spices, torrefied coffee beans, fresh blackcurrant and blackberries. It is rich and vibrant at the same time. On the palate, the balance is striking with ample mouth-feel, silky lines and some fresh fruits melting in the delicately infused oak flavours. Drink now or cellar up until 2026+. 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 43% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc.

        • Chateau la Grave Figeac - St Emilion Grand Cru 2016

The robe is a deep ruby hue. The nose offers elegant aromas of black raspberry, cassis, violets, a touch of leather, and loamy soil. The mid-weight palate has good concentration and lift, with ripe black fruit character, and fine-grained tannins carrying over on a long, succulent, layered finish. This displays none of the roasted notes of the somewhat torrid vintage and is deeply satisfying, classic St. Emilion. Delicious now, but possesses the balance to bode well for mid-term aging (7-10 ten years). 65% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Franc.
