The colour is a luxurious soft gold in the glass with a vibrant bouquet of bright orange and lemon citrus, ripe apricot, pears, pine resin, wax and toasted brioche. The palate is vibrant and jolly, featuring apple pie, white and yellow stone fruit, cinnamon and vanilla spice. The dynamic mouthfeel and bubbles are silky smooth with delicious minerals lingering on the finish. Brut – Dosage 6 g/l. 100% Meunier.

DOMAINE DU BOUCHOT - POUILLY-FUME "LES CAILLOTTES" 2020

The 2020 Pouilly-Fume Caillottes is not your classically aromatic style of Pouilly-Fume. It is rather savory and subtle in its expression with some white stone fruit notes. There is a sense of ripeness and richness, but perhaps it's a little ripe with the alcohol at more than 14%, there's a heat on the finish, detracting from the overall harmony. 90 points, Rebecca Gibb - Vinous. 100% Sauvignon Blanc.

Full of very ripe citrus (including pomelo and bergamot) and pineapple. This is a generous and beautifully proportioned Alsace dry riesling with a wonderful balance of depth and freshness. AUSTRAL - SAUMUR PUY-NOTRE-DAME "V" RED 2019

Suave and ripe tannins, with perfect integration which offers a super silky touch on the palate first of all. An aromatic, then, of an impacting sharpness and depth, on the basket of ripe red fruits and a floral touch on the very charming peony. And finally, an ideal balance, perfect sybiosis between accomplished maturity of the Cabernet while keeping a beautiful burst of fruit and freshness. 100% Cabernet Franc.

ROUGEOT-DUPIN - SAVIGNY-LES-BEAUNES 2019

The nose is very pretty, with notes of cherry, wild berries and soft spices. The palate is harmonious, well balanced, light bodied with silky and firm tannins. The delicacy of this wine is staggering and reveals the beautiful expression of Savigny-les-Beaune. Drink now or cellar until 2025+. 100% Pinot Noir.
