Fully organic, this beautiful wine showcases a deep red colour with flavours of black fruits, leather and earthy tones. The palate is silky, very well balanced with great depth. 100% Cabernet Franc.
Pithon-Paillé - Grololo red 2021
A garnet red colour, it has intense aromas of red fruits on the nose. The mouth-feel has beautiful acidity and is a little tannic. 100% Grolleau.
Austral - Saumur Puy-Notre-Dame "V" red 2019
Suave and ripe tannins, with perfect integration which offers a super silky touch on the palate first of all. An aromatic, then, of an impacting sharpness and depth, on the basket of ripe red fruits and a floral touch on the very charming peony. And finally, an ideal balance between accomplished maturity of the Cabernet while keeping a beautiful burst of fruit and freshness. 100% Cabernet Franc.
Austral - Saumur Puy-Notre-Dame "Manta" red 2020
On the nose the Cabernet is very fruity and floral, with notes of strawberry, blackberry, mint. The palate has a fine and melted texture. It is the hallmark of the terroir combined with delicate vinification. The finish is long, fresh and chalky. 100% Cabernet Franc.
Domaine le Petit St Vincent - Saumur-Champigny "Clos Lyzieres" 2019
The bouquet opens up with dense black fruit, violet flower petals and wet forest floor, subtle leather notes which are multi-layered and deep. On the palate, the minerality goes on and melts into beautiful wild herbs and black fruit notes. There is a lot going on in this wine. 100% Cabernet Franc.
