- SAINT-PIERRE - ARBOIS BLANC "CHAPON" 2018 - $79:
The nose is seductive with a sense of richness, fresh hazelnut, citrus notes, white peach and hints of green tea leaf. There is a striking minerality and wet stone flavours. It's fresh yet comforting and round. The palate is medium bodied, built on a lovely silky acid spine for a long lingering finish. It can be drunk with charcuterie, poultry cooked in stock, young Comté cheese, white fish and seafood. Drink now or keep up until 2021+. 100% Chardonnay. Dry style. Please decant for 15 minutes and serve in big Chardonnay glasses.
- FABRICE DODANE - LE DOS D'CHAT "TROUSSEAU" 2016 - $51:
First of all, it’s concentrated, not reductive, the nose if full of fresh strawberries, melting in different spices and forest moss, honey and fresh wood. The palate is vibrant, lively with crunchy red fruit and a tree sap structure and velvet tannins. It can be drunk with charcuterie, roast chicken and pork and charcoaled rib eye. Drink now or keep up until 2026+. 100% Trousseau. Please decant for 25 minutes and serve in big Pinot Noir glasses.
- SAINT-PIERRE - ARBOIS ROUGE "LE ROUGE" 2017 - $79:
The bouquet opens up on pristine red fruit, strawberry, some spices and wet forest floor. It's profound, vibrant with a freshness that delights. The palate is delicate, with more spices and petite red fruits for a long finish. It can be drunk with charcuterie, roast chicken and pork and charcoaled rib eye. Drink now or keep up until 2026+. 85% Pinot Noir, 15% Ploussard co-planted. Please decant for 25 minutes and serve in big Pinot Noir glasses.
