The Beaujolais-Villages is from a vineyard surrounding the Domaine on the hill of Bel-Air and a vineyard in the village of Quincié. The vines are on average 50 years old and add to the complexity of this wine. The bouquet draws out delicious flavours of blackcurrant, violet on the nose with a generous and driven mouth feel. It pairs well with charcuterie, quiche or is perfect by itself as an aperitif. This wine is ready to drink now or can be cellared up until 2023. 100%Gamay.
- BEL-AIR - MOULIN À VENT "GRANIT & MANGANÈSE" 2013 - $48
The Moulin-à-Vent “Granit et Manganese” is, fittingly, from a vineyard planted on granite and manganese. The vines are on average 80 years old and bring a natural concentration to this wine. Moreover, the wine is matured in French oak barrels for fifteen months adding to its deep complexity. The nose is layered with faded rose, dry leaves, intense black fruits and minerality. On the palate the tannins are silky and the flavours linger. It pairs well with a slow cooked lamb shoulder, terrines, game or meat on the barbecue. This wine needs to be decanted 45 minutes before serving and it can be cellared up until 2025. 100% Gamay.

The Fleurie “Granits Roses” is from a vineyard located on a slope with pink granite soils. The vines are on average 40 years old. This wine is seductive, showing notes of fresh cherry, cherry stalk, minerality and hints of violet. The palate is refined, with soft and silky tannins. It pairs well with osso-bucco, blanquette de veau or goat's cheese. Drink now or cellar it up until 2023. 100% Gamay.

The Morgon “Les Charmes” is from a south-facing vineyard and planted on complex iron oxide, schist and manganese. The vines are on average 50 years old providing a lot of complexity to this wine. The Morgon “Les Charmes” shows some precise notes of cherry, peach and plum. The palate is structured with bold and silky tannins and is also driven by a very distinctive minerality. It pairs well with cheese, beef burgundy, coq au vin and meat cooked on the barbecue. It is ready to drink if decanted 30 minutes before serving. It can also be cellared up until 2024. 100% Gamay.
- MEE GODARD - MORGON "GRAND CRAS" 2017 - $65
The "Grand Cras" vineyard is one of six climats of the Cru of Morgon. The vineyard is located in the southeast of the Côte de Py on alluvial, shist and granitic soils. The bouquet is full and broad with wild blackberry, fresh strawberry and blackcurrant flavours. This is fine and powerful. The palate echoes the nose, with subtle plum and liquorice notes built on a fine tannic structure. It can be paired with game, charcoaled rib eye, charcuterie and a cow cheese. It will benefit from being decanted for 35 minutes before serving and it can be kept up until 2026+. 100% Gamay.
- MEE GODARD - MOULIN À VENT "MICHELON" 2017 - $75
The vineyard is located on sandy soils on the border of the commune of Chénas. It's faintly spiced and deep with dark fruit. A different shape than most Moulin à Vent, fuller, rounder, more melting fruit, a similar mineral style to the others in the range, melting with delicious flavour and finishing with a large depth of flavour. It can be paired with game, charcoaled rib eye, charcuterie and a cow cheese. It will benefit from being decanted for 35 minutes before serving and it can be kept up until 2027+.
