The Rosé is a direct press of grolleau grapes that ferment in tanks and are bottled the February after harvest. It is fruity and textural. Strawberries galore but with a savoury edge. Worth decanting to let the flavours really open up. 100% Grolleau
GAVOTY - ROSÉ "GRAND CLASSIQUE" 2019 - $38
The aromas are floral and contain restrained notes of strawberries and rose flower. The colour is a beautiful light salmon. You can pair it with spicy food, Provençal flavours (olive oil, lemon, garlic, tomatoes etc) and mixed salads. It is a great companion for Asian dishes. Drink now. Cinsault 70%, Grenache 20% and Syrah 10%.

This Rosé blends Grenache and Cinsault grown on clay and limestone. The bright, peachy hue sets a gorgeously fruit-driven and aromatic tone with lovely lush strawberries and raspberries. The Rosé Cuvée Clarendon is the top cuvée of Domaine Gavoty. The name pays tribute to Bernard Gavoty, the Domaine’s founder. The Clarendon cuvée is a selection from the oldest vines of the Domaine and is made of 65% Grenache and 35% Cinsault. A complex nose of subtle raspberry and citrus fruit will delight you.
