Haut Roc Blanquant - St Emilion Grand Cru 2015
The bouquet is full of bright, ruby red fruit and seductive cocoa powder and caramel roundness. The palate is powerful but silky, with red crunchy fruit and well-integrated, refined tannins. Drink now or up until 2025. 90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc.
Chateau Maison Blanche - Montagne St Emilion 2015
Maison Blanche is intense and ripe on the nose, very expressive. On the palate, the wine is powerful, with a beautiful silky tannic structure that will allow a long cellaring for those who can wait before enjoying it. Complex, long in length, and beautiful! 50 to 65% Merlot, 35 to 50% Cabernet Franc.
Chateau la Grave Figeac - St Emilion Grand Cru 2016
The robe is a deep ruby hue. The nose offers elegant aromas of black raspberry, cassis, violets, a touch of leather, and loamy soil. The mid-weight palate has good concentration and lift, with ripe black fruit character, and fine-grained tannins carrying over on a long, succulent, layered finish. This displays none of the roasted notes of the somewhat torrid vintage and is deeply satisfying, classic St. Emilion. Delicious now, but possesses the balance to bode well for mid-term aging (7-10 ten years). 65% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Franc.
Chateau le Coteau - Margaux 2016
Château Le Coteau has a beautiful bouquet, very expressive, with red ripe fruits, blackcurrant, blackberries, some very fine spicy notes, and torrefied coffee beans. On the palate the wine has an enchanting, silky structure, very harmonious and dense. The finish is long, and balanced with great acidity and freshness. Drink now or cellar up until 2026+. 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot.
Chateau de Bel-Air - Lalande de Pomerol 2016
On the nose, Château de Bel-Air presents notes of red fruit and floral aromas; on the palate, a harmonious balance between flesh and tannins means it can be enjoyed after just a few years of cellaring. It can be drunk now or cellared until 2022+. 73% Merlot, 19% Cabernet Franc, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Chateau Barrail du Blanc - Saint-Emilion Grand Cru 2014
On the nose, Chateau Barrail du Blanc opens to a subtle nose of red fruits basket, raspberry, blackcurrant then earthy notes such as sandalwood, dry leaves, mild spices. The palate is elegant, with dark cherry, tar with a silky structure and a powerful final. It can be drunk now or cellared until 2023+. 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc.
