Head Chef David Murphy (ex-Bistro Thierry) from Bar Nonno has worked on a stunning five course menu to compliment nine Grand Cru from Burgundy and two from Champagne.

Sergio Carlei (Carlei Winery and Green Vineyards) and I have worked on a stunning line up of wines to pair with the gorgeous cuisine.

From Chablis “Les Clos” to Bâtard-Montrachet or Corton-Charlemagne for the whites to Clos Vougeot, Charmes-Chambertin and Romanée-Saint-Vivant for the reds, it is sure to be an impressive wine dinner.
